2. Card Payment Details
When paying by debit or credit card, you will be asked to provide the following information:

• 3-digit CVV number (located on the back of your card)
American Express:
• 15-digit card number
• 4-digit security code (located on the front of your card)
Security Note: Truegrade does not store your card details at any point. All card transactions are processed securely through our payment service provider. Please ensure you are on our official website (www.thetruegrade.com) before entering any payment information.
3. Payment Service Provider
Truegrade currently processes payments through a third-party payment service provider. During checkout, you may be redirected to the payment provider's secure platform to complete your transaction. This platform is not under the direct control of Truegrade.
4. Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp to the contact details registered at checkout. Please retain this confirmation for your records.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes of completing your payment, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
5. Amount Deducted But No Confirmation Received
If an amount has been deducted from your account but you have not received an order confirmation from Truegrade, please contact our customer support team with the following details:

• Registered email address and phone number used to place the order
• Date and time of the transaction
• Screenshot of the deduction from your bank or wallet statement (if available)

Our team will investigate and resolve the issue within 48 hours. In most cases, such deductions are either reversed automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 working days, or an order is confirmed upon verification.
6. Failed Transactions
If a payment fails at checkout, please ensure the following before retrying:
• Your card details have been entered correctly.
• Your card has sufficient funds or credit available.
• Your bank has not blocked the transaction due to a security flag — in such cases, contact your bank directly.
• Your internet connection is stable.

• UPI / Wallet: 1 to 3 working days after initiation.
• Net Banking: 5 to 7 working days after initiation.
Refund timelines are dependent on your bank or payment provider and are outside the direct control of Truegrade once initiated.
