1. Order Processing & Dispatch
• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 working hours of order confirmation.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
2. Delivery Timeframe
• After dispatch, delivery by our logistics partner typically takes 2 to 10 working days, depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including high-demand periods, public holidays, weather conditions, or logistics disruptions.

3. Delivery Coverage & Unserviceable Pin Codes
• We deliver across India. Deliverability to your location is checked based on the Pin Code provided at the time of order placement.
• If a Pin Code becomes unserviceable after your order has been placed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund for prepaid orders within 48 hours of cancellation.
4. Shipping Fees
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Free shipping thresholds and any applicable promotional offers will be communicated on our website and are subject to change.
5. Payment & Cash on Delivery
• Truegrade currently does not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option. All orders must be prepaid via the payment methods available at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. Truegrade does not store your payment card details.
6. Address Accuracy
• Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including your full name, flat/house number, street, landmark, city, state, and Pin Code.
• Orders and delivery addresses cannot be changed or modified after an order has been placed. Truegrade will not be responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
• Each order is shipped to a single specified delivery address. Split shipping to multiple addresses is not available.
7. Delivery Attempts
• Our logistics partners will make up to three delivery attempts at the address provided.
• If all three attempts are unsuccessful, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery arrangement.
• If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us at info@thetruegrade.com or +91 8448667957 to discuss reshipment options.
8. Orders with Multiple Products
• If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.
• In such cases, delivery of different items within the same order may occur on different dates. Please allow the full delivery window before contacting us about a missing item.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

10. Order Cancellation
• In exceptional circumstances — such as a Pin Code becoming unserviceable after order placement, a stock issue, or a failed verification — Truegrade may cancel an order.
• In the event of a cancellation initiated by Truegrade, a full refund will be processed for prepaid orders within 48 hours of cancellation.
• Customer-initiated cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
